As project managers, we must be well-prepared and possess a robust repertoire to effectively support all the change management that is coming.

The availability of real-time data and the use of AI are transforming decision-making in project management. According to the "Gartner Top Strategic Technology Trends for 2024," generative AI will be incorporated into 80% of software products by 2026.
